Electrochemically nanostructured III-V compounds, fabrication of semiconductor-metal nanocomposites, study of morphology and chemical composition of semiconductor epilayers and metal thin films using scanning electron microscope equipped with EDX system, atomic force microscope, optical properties of nanostructured III-V compounds.
